Real Estate Designations

In each of these market segments or niches there are many Institutes, Associations, Councils and Societies resulting in various different designations and certifications. Although most have very specific rules governing the awarding of their accreditations, there is no consistency across the board and it is almost impossible to detail, compare or rank the different real estate designations and certifications.
