RealtyU® Online has a strict
set of guidelines regarding privacy as set down by RealtyU®, Inc. (www.RealtyU.com ).
Confidential information of students is never shared and all sensitive and confidential
information is treated with the same level on security as we would treat our
own confidential information.
E-mail Address: When a visitor submits an email address, the
company retains such email address in the respective company’s corporate
database. Such information is not sold to third parties but will be shared with
the applicable contracted courses owners or providers, as well as the RealtyU® Alumni
Association.
Cookies: A Cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s
hard drive containing information about the user. The usage of a cookie is in
no way linked to any personally identifiable information but enables us to track
and target where you might be in a specific course, monitor your progress and
further enhance your experience on our family of websites.
IP Addresses: RealtyU® Online may from time to time log
IP addresses of students for verification, systems administration, troubleshooting
purposes. Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet.
Children: Although not intend for minors RealtyU® Online
is a child-friendly site and does not contain any pornography, nudity or violence.
We however request that minors not submit any personal information to us. If
you are a minor, you may forward us your information in conjunction with a parent
or guardian.
Opting-out: Upon request, you may opt out from any of RealtyU® Online
and we will remove you from our databases. To request a correction or cancellation

Credit Card Information
RealtyU® Online is committed to protecting the security of your credit card
and account information on our site. When credit card information is entered
your account information is stored on an encrypted format by the respective Course
Provider and not by RealtyU® Online. RealtyU® Online and its Course Providers
take all reasonable security measures to protect the loss, misuse or alteration
of information under our control.
Acceptance of Terms
By using RealtyU® Online you consent to our Privacy Policy. If we change
our privacy policies, the changes will be posted here so that you will always
know what information we gather, how we might use this information, and to whom
we will disclose it. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify,
