• Successful completion of the CNS course, including passing of the CNS exams.
  
• Submitting proof of neighborhood knowledge. Proof can be provided by completing the course projects at the end of each of the four modules or a student may submit proof of five closed transactions within the neighborhood during a two year period. The student may also submit for proof of neighborhood knowledge by completing a Neighborhood Report through eNeighborhoods.
